Construction Beginnings

Schock Group got its start as a two-person renovation company, with a small portfolio of two houses. In 2019, Schock Group expanded to providing services for those in the housing industry, providing the design and permitting necessary to completing the same projects the firm started out doing. Today, Schock Group is focused on providing the best Engineering and Land Surveying services we can and no longer are in the active construction business, but we carry forward the lessons learned on the jobsite and provide our clients with the same service required to complete projects.

Schock Group is named after Ellenor Schock-Davis, who worked in various family architecture and service businesses over her lifetime.
